1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Apply Early ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Apply Early is a job search application that aggregates publicly available job listings from company career pages and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). The App provides real-time job alerts, AI-powered resume optimization, application tracking, and push notification alerts.

3. User Accounts

• You must create an account to use the App.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the App.

4. Job Listings

• Job listings are sourced from publicly available company career pages.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any job listing.
• We are not responsible for the hiring practices of any company listed in the App.
• Job listings link directly to the original company career page for application.

5. Resume Optimization

• The AI resume optimization feature tailors your resume keywords for specific job postings.
• We do not guarantee that optimized resumes will result in interviews or job offers.
• Your resume content remains your property. We use it solely for optimization purposes.
• Subscriptions are managed through Google Play or the App Store and are subject to their respective terms.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

• Free trial: 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required.
• Monthly: $9.99/month — includes all features (job feed, AI resume optimization, alerts, application tracker).
• Yearly: $79.99/year — same as monthly, save $40/year.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Refunds are handled by Google Play or the App Store per their refund policies.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the App.
• Use the App to harass, spam, or harm others.
• Share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
• Circumvent any security measures or access restrictions.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, and branding are the property of Apply Early. Job listing content belongs to the respective companies that posted them.

9. Limitation of Liability

Apply Early is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to missed job opportunities, inaccurate listings, or resume optimization results.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
