How to Request Account Deletion

1. Send an email to support@apply-early.com.
2. Use the subject line: Delete my Apply Early account.
3. Include the email address associated with your Apply Early account and state that you want your account and associated data deleted.
4. We may reply to verify that you control the account before completing deletion.

Data We Delete

When your request is verified, Apply Early deletes personal data associated with your account, including:

• Your Apply Early account record and authentication profile.
• Saved job alerts, search queries, filters, and job search preferences.
• Application tracking data, including jobs you marked as applied and status updates you set.
• Resume text and resume optimization history stored by Apply Early.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens used for push notifications.
• Internal subscription status linked to your Apply Early account.

Data We May Keep

We may retain limited records only when needed for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or regulatory compliance. Google Play and RevenueCat may also retain purchase and transaction records according to their own legal and platform requirements.

Deletion Timing

We aim to complete verified account deletion requests within 30 days. Backup copies and security logs may take up to 90 days to expire from our systems.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Apply Early account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. To avoid future charges, cancel your subscription in Google Play subscriptions before or after requesting account deletion.
